Affordability Initiative: Faculty and Student Textbook Survey

Have you completed the textbook survey? We value your opinions. Affordability and accessibility for students are important SUNY-wide initiatives and a potentially important aspect of student retention. Instructional Resources and Butler Library are conducting a study to explore the correlations between the cost, format, and availability of educational materials and student academic behavior. The study will also explore student and faculty preferences and experiences relating to educational materials.

The survey will give us valuable data about student behavior as well as student and faculty preferences that we can use to focus our affordability efforts on campus. If you have not yet participated in this research study, please complete the survey. Please encourage your students to take the student survey using the link on the Blackboard home page.

Questions can be directed to Ginger Bidell, instructional designer, 878-3688. Thank you.
