The NYS Assembly Puerto Rican/Hispanic Task Force and the State University of New York will host a one-day institute, "Building Institutional Capacity for Latino/a Leadership in Higher Education," on Friday, September 16, at the SUNY Global Center, 116 East 55th Street, in New York City.
