Faculty, staff, and administrators who registered to march in Commencement should have received confirmation with reporting instructions via e-mail over the past few days. If you intend to march and have not received a confirmation e-mail, please contact Patricia Alessandra in the Academic Affairs Office.

In general, the Robing Room for marchers is in the upper lobby of the Ice Arena. (Degree candidates line up on the Ice Arena floor.) See map (PDF, 350 KB) and the Commencement marchers page.

On Commencement day, Saturday, May 13, MARCHERS report for lineup by the following times. Please sign in at the registration table for each ceremony in which you will march.

• Morning Baccalaureate Ceremony
  Arrive and robe no later than 8:30 a.m. Ceremony runs 9:00–11:00 a.m.
  School of Education, School of the Professions, University College
• Afternoon Baccalaureate Ceremony
  Arrive and robe no later than 12:30 p.m. Ceremony runs 1:00–3:00 p.m.
  School of Arts and Humanities, School of Natural and Social Sciences
• Evening Master's/C.A.S. Ceremony
  Arrive and robe no later than 4:30 p.m. Ceremony runs 5:00–6:30 p.m.
  The Graduate School
  Assigned hooders for the Master's/C.A.S. Ceremony report directly to the Ice Arena to sign in. All other marchers report to the Robing Room to sign in.

Volunteer ushers have earlier reporting times and have received separate instructions (contact Events Management with any volunteer usher questions.)
