Fall 2016 Diversity Events: 'Engage. Lead. Improve the World'

From the Diversity Program Coordinator
The Equity and Campus Diversity Office is pleased to present its fall 2016 diversity events, “Engage. Lead. Improve the World,” featuring the Beyond Boundaries: Dare to Be Diverse film and discussion series and the Diversity Dialogue speaker series, now in its fourth year. Once again the Burchfield Penney Art Center will host our Beyond Boundaries film series at no charge to the Buffalo State community.

Our keynote speaker for the annual Hispanic Heritage Month celebration will be the renowned playwright and poet Michael Reyes (PDF, 3.4 MB), who will deliver the address “Mexican/Chicano Identity and History through Spoken Word” on Thursday, October 13, from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. in Bulger Communication Center West.

Please download the fall 2016 Equity and Campus Diversity program calendar (PDF, 3.8 MB) and watch for updates throughout the semester. Thank you for your support. Please contact the Equity and Campus Diversity Office for more information.
