Faculty Members: Consider Pairing or Linking Your Courses

Faculty members, now that the fall 2016 schedule is close to being finalized, consider working with colleagues across campus by pairing (or linking) your first-year course with another first-year course outside of your discipline. Paired, or linked, courses are a type of learning community. If you are interested in participating or learning more about this or other models, including the traditional five-course communities and instructor-adviser models, please join Amitra Wall, assistant dean of intellectual foundations, for an informational conversation at 3:00 p.m. Monday, February 8, in Twin Rise 102. For more information, please e-mail Amitra Wall.
