Today is the last day for employees to change their health insurance plans for the coming year. We encourage you to complete and return the option transfer form (PDF, 66.2 KB) to Cleveland Hall 410 by the close of business today if you wish to make a change for 2018. The coverage effective date will be December 28, 2017.
The 2018 “Choices” booklet (PDF, 1.7 MB), a comparison of the health insurance plans, is available online. You may wish to review this information before you decide whether to change insurance carriers or remain with your current carrier for your health insurance coverage. Health insurance rates for 2018 are available on the Employee Benefits website.
No action is required if you wish to keep your current health insurance option.
