Call for Faculty Participants: Art after Dark - October 12

As part of the Weeks of Welcome program, Student Life will host Art after Dark, a dynamic art event featuring members of our campus community leading various art-related activities, on Thursday, October 12, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. in the Campbell Student Union. We are looking for faculty members and academic departments to run small activities at the event. This is an opportunity to let new and returning students see just how much fun your group or department can be. We will take over the lobby and the second floor of the Student Union for three hours of diverse and fun activities open to the entire college community.

How creative can you get? We are looking for any activity from as many groups as possible that have a creative idea and the know-how to make it happen. Activities should be geared for quick drop-ins and be capable of being presented from a table. Student Life can assist financially with some supplies and can help coordinate the space and advertise to the campus.

Please contact Sean P. Terry, ’10, student activities assistant for evening and weekend life, 878-4631, with questions or to participate, or stop in the Student Life Office in Campbell Student Union 400.
