Please join us for the Professional Science Master's seminar "Application of LC-MS/MS Bioanalytical Analysis to Pharmaceutical Translational Research," presented by John Wilton, senior translational research scientist in the Bioanalytics, Metabolomics & Pharmacokinetics (BMPK) Shared Resource at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, today, April 26, from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. in Science and Mathematics Complex 173.
The presentation will focus on the application of high-pressure liquid chromatography with mass spectral detection (LC-MS/MS) as an aid to investigating the various stages of pharmaceutical research toward clinical development. LC-MS/MS theory, assay development, and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) acceptance criteria will be discussed along with the application of LC-MS/MS to cell culture, preclinical, and clinical trial studies, and its utility in metabolomics.
