New York Governor Kathy Hochul has appointed Patricia Farrell, head of sales for the Western New York division of Wilmington Trust; Kevin Horrigan, vice president of public affairs for People Inc.; and Mo Sumbundu, international trade manager with Empire State Development’s Global New York division, as the newest members of the Buffalo State Council.
