Accessibility Workshops

Accessibility is a priority at Buffalo State, and the Buffalo State Accessibility Team reminds all faculty and staff members that the following accessibility workshops are offered this fall. All workshops will meet in Bulger Communication Center 122 unless otherwise stated. Each workshop title or date is linked to the Workshop Registration System. Please click on the title or date to register.

Making Accessible Content: Word and PDF
Thursday, October 11
10:00–11:30 a.m.

Buffalo State is engaging in an effort to promote accessibility of materials on the web and within all courses. This hands-on session will focus on how to use Microsoft Office Word effectively to create accessible Word files that can be converted to accessible PDFs along with converting scanned image PDF files to accessible formats. Please have access to a Word and PDF document either in OneDrive or on a flash drive that can be used during this session.
