Zhang Jie, professor of sociology and director of the Center for China Studies, published his paper "Psychological Strains and Suicidal Intent: An Empirical Study to Relate the Two Psychopathological Variables," coauthored with Long Sun, in the Journal of Nervous and Mental Disease 204 (11): 855–860. Dr. Sun was a visiting scholar at Buffalo State in 2014–2015.
