Changes to Test Scoring, Survey Analysis Services

Because of a recent staffing reduction, Information Technology has implemented the following changes to test scoring and survey analysis operations, effective January 2, 2019.

All tests and surveys should continue to be dropped off and picked up in Twin Rise 206. A secure drop box for scanning packets is now available outside the Twin Rise 206 main office. This drop box may be used in the event that the office is not staffed on a particular day. Faculty and staff members who use the drop box to submit requests should ensure that scanner forms are secured in an envelope along with a completed request for scanning services form (PDF, 146 KB), which must be submitted with each scanning request.

Please plan ahead. If you have questions about how to fill out the test-scoring key or request forms, please call ahead to ensure that your questions are answered. The main office number is 878-4611. If there is no answer at the main number, please call 878-5122 and ask for Jerry. Survey turnaround time may be longer on days that we are short staffed, depending on the volume of tests in the queue.
