B.A. Art and Design (formerly B.A. Art), BA-AH ART

Course Revision:
NFS 447 Nutrition Care C. Prerequisites: NFS 403 and NFS 446. Third medical nutrition therapy (MNT) supervised field course, organized into three rotations in different health-care settings. Students implement the nutrition care process with increasing independence. Application of evidenced-based guidelines, interprofessional communication, nutrition counseling strategies, and beginning skills in parenteral/enteral nutrition. Clinical dress code required. Offered fall semester, beginning fall 2020.
