As we prepare for fall 2020, please join us for the webinar "Getting Started: Best Practices in Online Teaching and Learning," presented by Brooke Winckelmann, instructional designer, on Monday, August 3, from 9:00 to 9:50 a.m.

This discussion-centered session will complement modules 1 (Preparing to Teach Online) and 2 (Best Practices in Online Teaching and Learning) of the self-paced Online Course Development series. We will recap important ideas from these modules and expand on the discussion questions. 

Before attending the "Getting Started" session, we ask that you self-enroll in the “Online Course Development Series – Self-Paced" organization in Blackboard Learn and review the materials found within modules 1 and 2. The series provides best practices for online teaching and learning, as well as guidance with educational technology.

Please come prepared to share your discussion responses for modules 1 and 2 of the self-paced Online Course Development series.
