Buffalo State’s Professional Development Center will offer information sessions on BizLibrary, an online employee learning and training platform that provides content on business skills, HR compliance, leadership and management skills, workplace safety, information technology, and much more. BizLibrary was initially purchased for the campus’s Sexual Harassment Prevention Training, and we plan to use this software for other compliance trainings as well as leadership and organizational development and training for faculty and staff. 

In this session, we will

• discuss the platform and how it can be used for you and your team for training and development;
• illustrate how to search for and share content and create a playlist;
• provide access for managers to assign trainings to their staff members.
