IPDS Germany: Please Follow and Comment on Students' Blogs

Eight Buffalo State teacher candidates participating in the 2019 International Professional Development Schools (IPDS) Germany program will travel throughout Germany from June 15 through July 6. Led by Tamara Horstman-Riphahn and John Carlino, the program participants will live with a German host teacher and observe and volunteer in classrooms. The cohort will also engage in cultural activities, including learning about Berlin's historical and modern-day spaces, visiting a concentration camp memorial, touring the Black Forest, and exploring throughout Stuttgart. They will be working closely with fellow teacher candidates and faculty members at a partner university, Staatliches Seminar für Didaktik und Lehrerbildung (Grundschule) Nürtingen. Please follow along on their adventure by reading and commenting on the IPDS Germany student blogs.
