Meditation and Massage Workshops - September 17, November 9

Weigel Health Promotions, in collaboration with Pure Life Therapy, presents the following two workshops:

'Meditation and Massage Therapy'
Friday, September 17, 11:00 a.m.
Are you feeling tense and stressed out? Join us for an exploration into the cornerstone of mindfulness, the body scan meditation. This centering meditation brings a new awareness into the sensations of the body, followed by guided massage techniques you can safely do on your face, scalp, neck, and shoulders. This online class is fantastic to rejuvenate and relax with your employees, family, or friends.

'Mindfully Preventing Screen-Time Burnout'
Tuesday, November 9, 7:00 p.m.
Please join Weigel Health Promotions and Pure Life Therapy for an online discussion of tips and techniques to prevent screen-time burnout. We will cover how to recognize burnout and learn mindfulness techniques such as meditation and mindful movement. The movement will be demonstrated standing up, so please wear clothing that is easy to move around in, as you will be encouraged to participate. (Camera can be turned off for the movement).
