Original artworks by Gerald Mead, lecturer in the Art and Design Department, have been acquired by Buffalo State College’s Archives and Special Collections in E. H. Butler Library. Mr. Mead created the works in the 1990s for posters commissioned by Buffalo United Artists, Buffalo Ensemble Theatre, and Buffalo State’s Performing Arts Center.
In October, Mr. Mead served on the jury that reviewed artists applying to be new exhibiting members of the Buffalo Society of Artists.
