Jodelle Magner, associate professor of mathematics, and Susan McMillen, professor of mathematics, presented a day of professional development to middle school and high school math and science teachers at Cornell University on October 27. Their topics included Rocket Power Math! Supporting Algebraic Thinking with Number Tricks, and Tape Diagrams for Algebra Class.
