PSM Speaker Series - 'Data Science for the Greater Good: Using Analytics in Nonprofits and Fundraising' - October 23

Please join us for the data analytics lecture "Data Science for the Greater Good: Using Analytics in Nonprofits and Fundraising," presented by Pamela Say, vice president for institutional advancement at D'Youville College, on Wednesday, October 23, from 5:00 to 5:45 p.m. in Bulger Communication Center 216.

Learn more about the data analytics programs at Buffalo State and about Pamela Say's work in fundraising analytics. She will discuss how nonprofits can utilize data to make the best use of resources, why data science matters in nonprofit philanthropy, and methods and models for tracking, segmenting, and using data. She'll show how one college implemented predictive modeling and analytics to increase revenue and cut costs.
