The Newman Center will hold a fundraiser to benefit this year's Alternative Spring Break trip to Philadelphia by selling spices and rubs from Sweet Carol Swine BBQ LLC. Sweet Carol Swine is a local, full-service fruit spice and fruit sauce maker. The spices are made with real fruit and blended with Northeast Indian spices. These unique blends are guaranteed to put something different on your plate. Sweet Carol Swine will be at the Newman Center on Sunday, February 4, after the 9:30 and 11:30 a.m. masses.
