The Daily Bulletin

Over the last few years, Book Riot and the New York Public Library have offered a “read harder challenge.” The challenge consists of a series of categories (e.g., young adult nonfiction, a novel set within 100 miles of where you live, a book by or about a refugee). The challenge celebrates the joys of reading while also nudging readers outside their comfort zones. 

The Teaching and Learning Center now offers its own version of the challenge. Please see the Butler Library website for a list of categories and a search guide. We will host an event in May to celebrate all those who have completed the challenge. Please consider joining us.
