The New York State Education Department's Office of Higher Education has issued Buffalo State College a limited number of e-vouchers (electronic vouchers) to be distributed to students to help defray the cost of the registration fee for the edTPA / ATS-W. To be eligible to apply for an edTPA / ATS-W e-voucher, candidates must meet specific criteria, listed below:

• Be enrolled in an educator preparation program leading to your first NYS Initial Teacher Certification
• Be planning to graduate on or before August 2022
• Have passed EAS and CST (must show on TEACH)
• Have fingerprints processed through NYSED (must show on TEACH)
• Have submitted Release Authorization to the Teacher Certification Office
• Have applied and paid for Initial NYS Teacher Certification
