Tell Students: Wellness Wednesday Workshop - 'Mindfully Preventing Screen-Time Burnout': September 16

Please join Weigel Health Promotions and Pure Life Therapy for a discussion of tips and techniques to prevent screen-time burnout on Wednesday September 16, at noon via Zoom videoconference. We will cover how to recognize burnout and learn mindfulness techniques such as meditation and mindful movement. The movement will be demonstrated standing up, so please wear clothing that is easy to move around in, as you will be encouraged to participate (camera can be turned off for the movement).
