Weigel Wellness Classes

The Weigel Wellness Center is happy to announce the following new programs available to students and staff free of charge:

Yoga and Mindfulness
Wednesdays at 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays at 11:00 a.m.
Buckham Hall D-203 

Boot Camp
Monday–Friday (five days a week!) at noon
Buckham Hall D-203

Bring a towel and water. Bring a yoga mat if you have one.

Weigel Wellness Center asks that you talk with your personal physician or come to the Weigel Wellness Center (students only) to be seen before starting any exercise program. If you make an appointment here, we will keep track of your exercise goals.
