New this year, online annual report links will be generated for all faculty, staff, and librarians and will be sent via e-mail by December 1. You may begin entering your information at any time, and you can leave and return to the form from any device. 

Annual report links are unique to each person, so the link cannot be shared. If you do not receive your link, or if you have questions about the new online form, please contact Luke Krieg, interim associate vice president for institutional effectiveness, or Tiffany Fuzak, research analyst.
