The Registrar's Office reminds the campus community of the following important academic deadlines and some related policies:
Leave of Absence Request Deadline – Fall: September 6, 2020
*Leaves of Absence can be requested only up to the last day of Drop/Add.
Midterm Grades Close 9:00 p.m. – Fall: October 30, 2020
Registration Begins – Spring and J-Term 2021: November 4, 2020
Course Withdrawals and Pass/Fail Applications – Fall: November 6, 2020
*Pass/Fail - Only one course. May not be part of major or minor or CWP 101 or CWP 102.
Removal of Incomplete (I) Grades from Previous Spring or Summer Term: November 6, 2020
*Incomplete (I) grades will revert to failing grades.
Thanksgiving Recess - No Classes: November 25–28, 2020
All classes moved to remote instruction for remainder of fall 2020 term: November 30, 2020
Final Day of Regular Instruction – Fall: December 11, 2020
Withdrawal from College Due – Fall: December 11, 2020
Final Grades Open – Fall: December 14, 2020
Critique and Evaluation Period – Fall: December 14–17, 2020
Final Day of Fall Semester: December 17, 2020
Final Grades Close 9:00 p.m. – Fall: December 23, 2020
Deadline to Apply for Graduation – J-Term: January 10, 2021
Deadline to Apply for Graduation – Spring: February 21, 2021
