The Daily Bulletin

Butler Library is now able to provide access to ebooks and audiobooks through Overdrive. This is the same system that powers most public library ebooks and audiobooks. Access is provided through a consortium of New York Academic Libraries. This consortium purchases content collectively, and access is shared across all member libraries. 

To get started, you can access these ebooks several ways: 

1. The books are added to the library’s ALLsearch catalog.
2. The books can be accessed through the Overdrive web portal.
3. The books can be accessed through the Libby app by adding the Northern New York Library Network. 

As this is a shared resource, you may find that titles are already checked out; however, you can place a hold and be notified when the title is available. 

• Ebooks and audiobooks are available for 21-day checkouts.  
• Log in with your Buffalo State University username and password. Make sure to pick SUNY Buffalo State University from the drop-down list.
