Zhang Jie, SUNY Distinguished Professor of sociology and director of Buffalo State’s Center for China Studies, and coauthors Guangqian Cai and Dwight Hennessy published their 2024 paper "A Peasant or Not? A Test of Chinese Rural Laborers' Identity status and Their Cultivated Land" in Psychology Research and Practice 3(5).
