American Red Cross Blood Drive: September 26

The American Red Cross will hold a blood drive on Thursday, September 26, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in Butler Library 210.

September is Sickle Cell Awareness Month. Every day, patients with sickle cell rely on life-saving blood transfusions. Did you know that with the right blood type, one in three African American blood donors are the best match for patients with sickle cell? Donors will receive a $15 e-gift card to the merchant of their choice and a free T-shirt. Appointments are appreciated, but walk-ins are welcome. Please give the gift of life.
