The New York State Health Insurance Program (NYSHIP) just released the NYSHIP Rates and Deadlines for 2026 publication. This booklet will be mailed to enrollees’ homes in early December. The new rates are also available on the Human Resource Management website.

The new biweekly premium will automatically be deducted from employees’ paychecks beginning December 31, 2025.
