Banner Document Manager (BDM) Production Platform will have several authorized software patches applied. This will take place starting the morning of Monday, November 24. During this timeframe noted there will be no access to BDM Production to perform these tasks: Scanning via IMAGE CAPTURE/Batching/Indexing/Lookups as well as usage of PDF dropbox processing.

The expected timeframe that BDM Production will return online is between noon and 1:00 p.m. Any changes to the schedule will be communicated via OUTLOOK.

Please Note: Banner 9 PROD Admin Pages will NOT be down, and Self-Service Banner (SSB) will NOT be affected - both will be up and available for use.
