As per the Ethics Commission Reform Act of 2022, all New York State employees (including student employees) are required to complete ethics training every year. Please follow the directions below to enroll in and complete the 35-minute mandatory On-Demand (a.k.a. "Refresher") Ethics Training by November 30, 2025. To receive course credit you will be asked to enter, in the designated form fields, two code words that will appear at different times during the training. After you complete the course, you will receive an attendance confirmation email from ethics@public.govdelivery.com. Human Resources will be copied on this email; there's no need to forward it to HRM.
