Applications for the Robert J. Elmes Jr. Memorial Scholarship are now available for the spring 2023 semester. All CSEA local 640 members and their dependent children who are registered or who will register at Buffalo State for at least 3 credit hours for the spring 2023 semester may apply for the $250 scholarship.
