The Daily Bulletin

Banner Document Manager (BDM) Production Platform will be patched to the latest version, No. 24., starting Friday morning, April 12. The expected downtime should take two to three hours; the system should be available for use by late morning or just after noon. During this time frame, there will be no access to BDM to perform these tasks: scanning via Image Capture/Batching/Indexing/Lookups or use of PDF dropbox processing.

Please note: Banner 9 Production Admin Pages will not be down, and Self-Service Banner (SSB) will not be affected. Both will be up and available for use.

Any changes to the schedule will be communicated via Outlook.
