Buffalo State Senate

The Faculty and Staff Welfare (FSW) Committee is focused on improving the workplace and building team morale within and across units by highlighting the good things that are happening on campus. We asked our community what their offices do that make them feel connected, supported, and excited to do the work, and so many great ideas were shared! We encourage every department, unit, and area to take a look at what their colleagues are doing and use those ideas as inspiration for future team-building opportunities!
