The Care Team is looking for individuals interested in serving as case managers. The Care Team provides support for students in crisis and case managers play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal success of our students. The Care Team is committed to creating a supportive community and aligns itself with the mission and strategic goals of the institution.

The time commitment of a Care Team case manager is at least one hour per week for the weekly meeting, with additional time for outreaching students, meeting with students to develop support plans, and completing documentation. Additionally, periodically during the year, the Care Team conducts trainings and retreats. When determining case load, the existing work responsibilities and availability of the case manager is considered, and all steps are taken to ensure that case management responsibilities add to your professional growth and community engagement and not cause undue burden.
