Liberty Mutual's Defensive Driving Course

The Buffalo State Alumni Association and Liberty Mutual are teaming up to offer a defensive driving course on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the JVL Alumni & Visitor Center. All members of the campus community, alumni, students, faculty, and staff are invited to register for the course and earn up to 10 percent off your auto insurance (regardless of your provider). The discount lasts for three years.

Fee: $30 per person
 
To register for the defensive driving course, please contact Buffalo State’s representative, Damien Lawrence, at (716) 984-9111 by 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 27, to reserve your spot.
 
Parking Information: Parking is free on Saturdays. Participants should park in Lot R-14 or R-15. Enter the Alumni and Visitor Center's main door facing the R-15 Lot.
