Buffalo State WellNYS Ambassadors invite professional staff and faculty on campus to partake in "Elevate your week with WellNYS every day!"
WellNYS Everyday is a wellness initiative dedicated to educating, engaging, and empowering New York State employees and their families by encouraging participation in healthy behaviors. Be inspired to practice WellNYS Everyday with the WellNYS Daily To-Do's! Each day, the participants will receive a recommended "to-do" item inspired by that day's theme. Each day of the week focuses on a different wellness-inspired theme. You'll have the option to partake in webinars, receive fitness tips, recipe recommendations, self-care recommendations, and more! Use the resources below to join in and make each day an opportunity to support your well‑being!
