Feedback Requested: IRB Satisfaction Survey

Posted:

This semester, the campus Institutional Review Board (IRB) is conducting a program evaluation. The members of the IRB wish to understand the needs and attitudes of the campus with respect to human subjects research. We appreciate your time and input in answering a brief survey. It is our hope that this survey will help us to improve the services that we provide to the campus. It should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. The survey does not request any personal information, and there is no risk greater than everyday life. Your data will be completely anonymous. Data will be retained for at least three years in compliance with federal regulations. Your results will not be used for anything beyond helping the IRB and a presentation at the Student Research and Creativity Conference. If you have any questions about this survey, please contact the campus Institutional Review Board for the Protection of Human Subjects coordinator (IRB-HumanSubjects@buffalostate.edu).

We invite everyone to share their thoughts here: https://buffalostate.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9viNdMMLalsxgSG
