If you’ve always wanted to volunteer, but don’t have time after work, this is a great opportunity for you! Buffalo State has a Meals on Wheels (FeedMore WNY) team! Two team members deliver meals on Wednesdays in the Blackrock neighborhood. We have a sign-up sheet, so you can choose to deliver as often as you’d like. Most team members deliver once a month or so, but you can choose more or less. The time commitment is minimal, typically from around 11:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. The amount of time needed for delivery varies, especially in winter, but you’ll rarely return later than 12:15-12:20 p.m. We deliver year-round!
