Occasionally, individuals inquire about the status of payment on items they entered in Bengal Buy by calling or emailing Accounts Payable.

Moving forward, campus users can check payment status within Bengal Buy, by following the steps within the How to Check Payment Status in Bengal Buy Guide.

Using this method provides campus users payment status information directly, and in real time using the Voucher Tab of any order in Bengal Buy.
