Offered Every Fall Semester

Overview of congenital and acquired swallowing disorders. Covers anatomy, assessment procedures, diagnosis, and intervention across age groups, with attention to professional standards and evidence-based approaches in dysphagia management.

SLP 609 Disorders of Voice and Resonance

Pre-requisite: Graduate Status in the SLP Program, SLP 511

Offered Every Fall Semester

Study of voice and resonance disorders across the lifespan, including etiology, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Emphasizes evidence-based approaches and clinical applications with diverse populations.
