The following curricular revisions can be completed using the Minimal Change Form. The form can be found on the Academic Affairs website.
- Title change that does not change the focus of the course.
- Course description editing that does not change the focus of the course.
- Elimination or substitution of a course prerequisite. Please remember that all 300- and 400-level courses need to have at least one prerequisite.
- Changes to course numbers within the same level, e.g., 100-200 or 300-400.
