About the Panelists:

Joseph F. Miceli Jr. is a seasoned technologist and strategist specializing in the intersection of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital identity. With more than three decades of experience advising Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, Miceli brings deep expertise in applying AI and machine learning to solve complex challenges in Identity and Access Management (IAM). His recent work explores the convergence of AI/ML with autonomous identity systems and the implications of quantum computing on cybersecurity frameworks. Miceli is passionate about shaping ethical and secure AI-driven solutions for the future of digital trust. 
 
Ralph Nicosia is a senior financial and organizational leader with extensive financial and operational experience specializing in manufacturing and service environments. He holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from Canisius University, including a B.S. in accounting and strategy. He has experience with public, private, family-owned, and private equity backed organizations and international experience in China, Mexico, and Canada.
