New York State Office of Employee Relations, Work-Life Services, offers Executive Branch employees information on planning for retirement through Directions: Pre-Retirement Planning Webinars.
Eligibility: Employees must be eligible to retire within five years and supervisory approval is required for employees to attend webinars during their normal workday.
2025 Winter Webinars from 9:00 a.m. – noon.
Tuesdays: January 21, February 18, and March 18. Overview, NYS Deferred Compensation, NYS Retirement Plan
Wednesdays: January 22, February 19, and March 19. Overview, Social Security, NYSHIP (Health Insurance and Medicare)
