EAP Workshop: Essential Oils Roller Balls - March 30

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) will host an essential oils roller ball class on Thursday, March 30, at noon in Cleveland Hall 416. EAP aspires to assist faculty and staff members in their quest for personal wellness. This workshop will enhance the belief that wellness is an active process of becoming aware of making choices toward a more successful existence. Participants will learn about managing emotions using single essential oils or complex essential oil blends to create their own personal roller ball (recipes include Liquid Calm, Stress Less, and Seasonal Blend).

The workshop is open to 15 people. The cost of the workshop is $10 per person. Participants will receive a roller ball applicator with their preferred blend, foot reflexology charts, recipe sheets, and waterproof vial labels. RSVP to Melissa Slisz, EAP committee member, 878-4102.
