On Tuesday, April 15th from 12:15pm-1:30pm join us in Rockwell 107 to celebrate Earth Day & practice self-care! Tiffany Nicely, Lecturer from the Music Department, will facilitate a drum circle- drums are provided & no experience necessary! Dr. Jessica Fitzpatrick will discuss the benefits of aromatherapy while you plant lavender seeds in a take-home cardboard pot. Together we can build community and connection through music & gardening to help improve our mood. Funded by the Faculty-Student Association.
