Encore Presentation: What the Heck Are We to Make of Artificial Intelligence In Our Classrooms? – February 24

Please join the Teaching and Learning Center (TLC) for an encore presentation of "What the Heck Are We to Make of Artificial Intelligence In Our Classrooms?" on Monday, February 24, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. in Butler Library 318. The session is offered by John Draeger, professor of philosophy and TLC director.

For better or worse, artificial intelligence (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft CoPilot, Gemini) is here and here to stay.  This session will explore the implications for our classrooms. In particular, how we might adjust to teaching and learning in a world with AI? The session will offer suggestions for promoting opportunities for authentic student voice that can mitigate some of the negative side of AI's influence as well as offer suggestions for how instructors even consider embracing AI in their classrooms.

Please register through the Workshop Registration System.
