Chartwells, the Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Department, and the Health, Nutrition, and Dietetics (HND) Department will team up to share a featured dish from the interdisciplinary “Iron Chef” event on Friday, May 12, in the Bengal Kitchen.

The Purple Team’s dish of chicken biryani will be featured. Five student teams from Buffalo State’s SLP and HND departments competed in an interdisciplinary "Iron Chef" style competition last month and were tasked with creating a recipe specific to a clinical case. The teams had to come up with a flavorful dish while meeting strict nutritional guidelines. Now, Chartwells and Team Purple wants you to try their creation. Join us for lunch in the Bengal Kitchen this Friday to test it out. One meal swipe or $7 Friday applies for entry.
